Changing phone number & Got left out

So you guys just going to tell me that you’ll be sending me a DM and asked for my email and never respond again after?! Like? and nobody even mentioned that replying here is limited each day? Like wth?

I can see that your verification was declined because the ID submitted appeared to be a photo of an ID displayed on a phone screen. I understand that you mentioned that your Wallet was lost, and I am so sorry about that. Please understand that changing a phone number is considered a sensitive account change, so there are security steps we need to follow before we can update it. One of the key requirements is verifying your identity with a valid physical ID.
We can certainly wait until you’ve received a replacement ID. Once you’re able to submit it, we’ll be happy to proceed with the phone number change.
To complete verification, you’ll need to submit a photo of the original physical ID itself, rather than a picture of it on another device’s screen. Once you resubmit using the original ID, the team can review it again.
