Can't login due to my phone number changing

Hi,

I am currently outside of Canada and when I tried to log in to my Neo account (I don’t use it anymore but I accidentally sent an e-transfer to it), I needed an OTP, which is my old number - I cannot call the customer service line because I am currently in Asia. What are my options? I need help urgently.
