I was mislead by a Neo customer service rep, I was told that I had nothing to worry about in relation to my account only to be told Sunday night that the specialist I spoke to on Monday the 24 or Tuesday the 25 lied to me causing me to be charged a penalty on the 28. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there are none available even during business hours. Poor customer service.
