Often times you are not the only one that is thinking of that question. Our help centre is quite extensive and offers a great array of answers to our top most asked questions from customers!

Everytime I click to chat in the neo app I always get a message that says that there was a technical problem and to try back and it flashes on the screen off and on really fast , I have never once been able to successfully chat to an agent in app?
Other then that tho I love Neo!!!

why isnt there a simple faking button to just chat with them??? no email, no phone number to call them??? what is this, they make a lootta money for sure to be able to afford that

Dude. There’s literally a chat option in the app. You have to be authenticated to chat. Otherwise you have to call so they can verify your identity.

Click on the person icon ’profile’ → scroll to contact us, and then press Chat with us.

The chat is also available on the website as long as you are logged in.

The support number is 1-855-636-2265. It’s also on the back of your card if you have received it already.
