I am beyond frustrated. My parents have been wanting to cancel card but there is no one to talk to or get any response on getting password reset login.

Yes may times. No one answers and it hangs up on you when you try to log on to chat and click forgot password, no emails are sent to rest password. We has to physically go to a kiosk at the mall to get someone to help. The phone number doesn’t work which I had to look for it on Google search. The phone number is not even displayed in the website. The chat does not work/ nothing works. We got someone from kiosk that works at some booth to help.
