Hey guys! We’re working on standardizing how we talk about our amazing network of over 10,000 partners, and we’d love your input. The goal is to find a name that’s clear, catchy, and highlights the scale of our 10,000+ partners.
We have some initial ideas but we want to step outside of the box and get new ideas and input from you guys - our super users!

I like the word partners. It signals the feel of “we’re in this together”. I like the simplified “Neo Partners”. Or “Neo Partners Network”.
Interesting feedback so far from everyone!! @PGA@bt95 Loving the love for the “Partners" wording. It seems like it really captures that sense of connection and inclusivity you both mentioned.
@Myko is there something about this particular option that feels more specific or exciting to you? You wrote that you like that its more simplified, but i’m also curious to know if there’s anything else that drew you to that response! Or even if you have any other ideas! We aren’t restricted to only the above options!
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Following the philosophy of legacy banks being difficult to understand with sophisticated outdated systems and having the new fresh perspective on Neo-banking with simple, easy-to-use philosophy changes perspective on things when the brand is being positioned as “an easier way to do banking” this is what I usually imagine. Simple terms, words, excellent user experience that is not overly complicated, tap to pay and seamless customer-centric services. This is my vision behind “Neo Partners” as a name as it redefines simplicity.
To me, it’s understandable on what the offer is, cash back offers, yes but where do they come from - the partners. Different partners = different offers & if it just says cash back offers, seems like there is only one type of offer and Neo has a lot more in store than just one! Let’s not downsize how sweet Neos services are.
Good discussion here! I think partner is the right word to best capture the essence of the network. Neo Partners, Neo Partner Network are both realistic options!
@Robyn_Gray great point! The word “Partners” really encompasses the fact that we offer cashback from many different merchants not just one or not just one type of offer. I’m definitely aligned with your logic on this!
Agreed! Lots of great input here and it looks like the overall consensus is that the word “Partners” would be the best option in terms of clarity and inclusivity of all of the merchants that are on our network. I do really like the simplicity of “Neo Partners” vs “Neo Partner Network” but we shall see what the team decides on. Stay tuned!
Hey @Kbab There is no way to adjust current cash withdrawal limits.The Money card already has no Neo-issued fees for cash withdrawals. Any fees are applied by the ATM, not us.

The Neo Money card is linked to your Neo Everyday account! Thats what the person above was asking about in regards to cash withdrawals. Its not the same however as your Neo Credit Card. The money card is not a credit card, its a prepaid card!
