It would hit the cashback limit sooner for some.
I’m not sure if anyone else uses the Triangle rewards app with Canadian tire,they have a ‘swap offers’ section where you can change your offers.
@Kbab I don’t use Triangle. Why say hit the cash out sooner? I’m still learning about how it works etc. feedback is appreciated.

Spending Caps: We’re always exploring ways to improve the cashback experience. While spend caps aren’t affected by the premium subscription, it increases your earn rate (eg: World Elite Card with premium subscription would be: 7% on groceries, 5% on gas, 1.5% on everything else with premium). Your suggestion to move to a yearly cap is valuable, and I’ll share this with the team!

Merchant Listings: We’re working on removing inactive merchants from the app to reduce confusion. Thanks for your patience while we improve this!
I like the idea of having a favorites list and having users notified of new offers added under that specific merchant if they did add it to their favorites list.
This would be a win-win for both customer and merchant as it encourages spend at a merchant and also makes the customer aware of new offers without them having to do the work of searching for that merchant again.

from my understanding It would have to be the merchant specifically that makes the decision to partner with Klarna/afterpay. If a merchant has Klarna or afterpay set up on online store for example, then a user should have no issues paying with Neo on that store and selecting Klarna at checkout. Let me know if this makes sense/if I’m understanding what you meant!
