Hey everyone, we’ve seen a few reports from users who believe their United World Elite Card welcome or waitlist bonus hasn’t posted as expected.

Im one of those people that is not able to see the welcome bonus on my united account.

I thought there was some delay after checking this month, but I am also one of them.

still have not received anything as of today. Also for the rebate on the Nexus. Might be coming on the next statement I’m not sure but ye nothing so far for Nexus rebate and Bonus Miles

General update:

  • We’ve found and fixed a bug affecting the waitlist and first transaction bonuses as well as the Nexus credit. The Miles should now be visible in your rewards wallet and United should make them available for use in the next 24 hours. The reimbursement should now be posted.
  • The spend bonus has an intentional 90-day delay on it. This is to prevent abuse of the system via product returns. If you signed up immediately on April 15, the 90 day period would elapse ~July 15 and the points would be available at the beginning of August.
