Tap not working

Sorry to hear this, the tap issue was fixed. You just need to make a purchase by inserting your card into a terminal, and the card will receive the update. Tap should work normally from then on. @newman

We did, and it is still not working.

@newman, just did some trouble shooting on your card, are you able to try again? if it doesnt work again then you’d need to order a replacement within the app.
