Hi everyone! We’ve heard from you all that having more control over flagged transactions would make life easier. Security is more important than ever, and we want you to feel confident and in control. That’s why we created Transaction Greenlight. :traffic_light:

How it works:

If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, it will be declined, and you’ll receive an SMS to confirm whether it’s really you. Simply reply with a “Y” or “N” and based on your response, we’ll either allow the transaction to go through or keep it on hold for your protection! :identification_card:

Is it possible to have this by email for travelling or not using the same number?

@Rooney currently the feature is only available through SMS – we’re currently exploring alternative/additional ways of offering the functionality to those traveling or otherwise not reachable via SMS. Stay tuned!

Nice! Hoping flagged transactions aren’t a regular occurrence but this gives great peace of mind. Glad to hear about this!

Would love this feature too if I had issues, would also recommend it be an app notification to get past travel issues and a better feeling interface that might allow you to see more details in case you weren’t 100% sure
