So I actually got my first Neo credit card around the first couple weeks of April. Honestly the cashback % compared to the BMO student Credit Card was what got me hooked.
I applied for the standard Neo credit card (mistake on my part since I actually would’ve qualified for the Neo World or World Elite) and application was practically flawless. Never seen an application that fast and straightforward. Got the response right away and a what I would call a pretty comfortable CL of 3500$ (higher than my previous main credit card which was capped at 2000$ (never asked for a credit limit increase).
After a couple weeks of owning the card I opted for the premium (flat 9.99$ a month) so I can get higher rewards and honestly it was worth it. It got me looking at the World credit card and literally in like 2 months I got the option to opt in for the world elite but I went with the world to try out first before really committing to the world elite which I’ll hopefully swap to in the next couple weeks or months.
So far my accumulated rewards for the past 4 months is 87$ ish which is MILES ahead of what the BMO credit card got me to in a YEAR.
It’s safe to say that I’m keeping my account with Neo for a very very long while, if not forever.
Also I’d like to point out that contrary to multiple comments I’ve seen on their customer support, they are actually quite fast and efficient. Idk if it’s a premium perk or smtg but nonetheless I’ve stopped counting premium as an expense since I always go way beyond 12$ in cashback per month for this card specifically.
Yes I’m aware of the existence of the Roger’s world elite and I do have one but I still believe that Neo got that edge when it comes to as said in the ads: Instant Cashback and great % back with multiple partners (some of the highest multipliers I’ve seen on a Mastercard credit card)
I know that no card is perfect but seriously having a hard time finding negatives except for the monthly caps but haven’t reached them yet so I can’t complain.
TLDR: I recommend the card and I’ll continue updating my experience with Neo for the next year or 2.

So couple months have passed and I just got the Word Elite Yesterday (Wohoooo.. hopefully? TBD, I’ll keep yall updated)
Anywho, so far I don’t have any major complains, other than some lack lusting support when it comes to update my financial information. It should not require me to contact customer support or IF it has to at least be a lot easier since response is either very unhelpful or they just straight up ignore my request. They were previously helpful but not this time weirdly enough.
For the people who had issues with fraudulent charges, I haven’t got that issue YET, and hopefully NEVER will but I will keep you guys updated if it happens. If anyone could share their experience with their province so I could see if it’s a widespread issue everywhere or in specific provinces. I’m looking into digging into this deeper for sure.
To address this point about fraudulent charges, I have dug a bit deeper into it and it seems while yes those charges and experiences are real, people also tend to not escalate their situation to the right person afterwards and just go into full rage into Reddit. I might be wrong but from what I have seen from the community forums so far, Fraudulent charges are taken seriously when escalated to the right people. I don’t wish this to anyone, but hopefully Neo can help those people out who have this hate toward Neo and kinda make reddit better one step at a time. For any Neo employee that wants to reach out to them, I will put the reddit post at the end of it so you can see how it is
Also for the people who wanted to know I currently have two cards with Neo, the Neo World and the Neo World Elite sitting at 3.5k and 6.5K CC limit respectively. To finish off, Neo seems to be doing some sort of upcoming upgrade or maybe a downgrade to their world elite card (something about Neo membership coming soon on their website???) idk since when it’s been there but will be interesting to see where that goes… that’s all for now, see yall in a couple months 
Getting into the community forums since like a day ago lol, can confirm that it seems like very promising upgrades to not just the WE but to Neo Customer in general (yes maybe there will be extra charges, but assuming and it looks very promising, that I stay with Neo CC only and the Rogers WE, then I will more than gladly put on a small monthly fee that is overall less than annual fees for other cards that were previously in my to get list.
