Not getting text messages for 2fa

i’m not sure why today i’m not getting any text messages from neo to let me login i need to activate my bank card i have now recieved and i need to send an interac email transfer and I cannot do either of these things because i’m not recieving text messages from neo, they said they will call if they cannot send them but i am not getting any calls either. i tried putting my sim in another phone, an iphone to see if that would help but it did not.

any suggestions? is there a customer support number i can call?

Hey! I’m not sure if you were able to find the contact number, but it’s 1-855-636-2265.

They also put the number on the back of their cards so that you always have it if you need it!
