This is the first I heard of Neo getting new bank account details? As customers, were we notified? If so, how? I was reading the discussions on the DD times, mine was always as early as 8pm CST, BUT today in the first time that I haven’t received my deposit yet. Also, with new account details, my deposits went in fine since Jan 2026. So now I am a bit worried that it may not arrive this evening. I know it’s still a bit early worry, I am hopeful it will arrive soon.
Mine switched as well. I have gotten emails and notifications in the app for maybe 6ish months
They have been sending out notifications at an annoying rate for many, many months.
There could not have been more notifications for this, they literally started calling me telling me to switch.
Your direct deposit should come in the evening the day before it’s actually due, that seems to the consensus here.
