Can any say if there is a consultant time that deposits are made now. I used to receive my deposits by 6 pm est like clock work but did not today. Has any one else experienced this and if so what time did you receive your pay after updating new account info

It’s been mixed. I’d say most people I’ve seen are receiving it later in the evening the same day.

Do you mean instead of 6pm maybe 10pm
Or they are receiving late in the day on the day of the pay?

I used to get 6:00 pm day before

When do you usually get it? Most often I’ve been people who used to get it one day early, get it on the scheduled pay date instead. The hours vary a bit.

I used to get at 6 pm on the day before. Today is the first deposit I am receiving to the new transit and institution number
My payday is Friday I used to receive on Thursday but today I did not receive
So are you saying that what you have seen is tgat I will receive on late Friday evening niw?

As an update. I used to receive. Between 5:45 pm est and 6:05 pm est. day before payday
This is week number 1 with new institution and transit number and I received at 9:52pm est on the day before payday. So difference of 3 hours.
I will post again next week to document consistency

Hey @stephen_anger, this is a great question, thanks for bringing it up! With the new payment provider, deposits don’t hit at the same time for everyone anymore. It all depends on how the sender releases the funds, so there isn’t one set new deposit time.
We are talking with the new vendor about bringing early deposits back. Nothing confirmed yet, but we know a lot of people relied on it and we’d love to offer it again if we can.
Would love to know what next week is looking like timing-wise, keep us posted!
Today was 9:54pm est.. so conclusion still day early and very consistent just a couple hours later in the day!

Hello, I bank with Neo Financial and receive government pay and work pay into my account a day early from the scheduled day. Today, I haven’t recieved my child tax benefit into my account and I normally receive it 8:45am in Alberta. And in December I did change my banking info to the new info that shows up on my bank account. Is there no longer any early pay with Neo?
