What is the best way to use Questrade auto-deposit if our bank is not on the list? lol
I know, Neo has its own partner for investments. Still, the question is: “will Neo make an effort to get on the list?”

From Questrade’s website, it looks like you can add Neo manually by clicking on + Add a bank account. You’ll need to provide your direct deposit form. Here is the article for your reference: Questrade’s platform. Also, there is a video with instructions available here.
To find your direct deposit information, you can follow these steps:
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app
- Tap on Money and select an account
- Tap Details, and select Account details
- To download a PDF with your direct deposit information, tap Download PDF
Web
- Log in to member.neofinancial.com
- Click on Money and select an account
- Select Details
- To download a PDF with your direct deposit information, click on Download PDF
Getting Neo supported on platforms such as Questrade, is not currently on our roadmap, but is definitely something we have on our list to investigate further.
