Neo expects me to pay despite not being able to login

So ive been haveing this issue for over 2 months now and ive been told they called a collections department on me even though the whatever system isnt sending me verifaction codes, and then when i call im told i need access to information that i need access to my account to see, what do i do? I am very dissatisfied
