This issue may be that the card has been ordered but is still in transit, which is likely if an activate card button is showing on your account. If you haven’t received your card within the 3 week transit time a LOST card option will appear and you’ll be able to reorder a new card. Make sure to double-check your address is current before reordering.

Hello everyone. Need help/advice with my card.
My card has expired August 2026 and didn’t get a chance to activate my virtual card. Did not received my new card yet . But it says arriving May to June 2026.
What should I do?
