You missed one other important item.
Increase the knowledge of the support staff. Make them take ownership to the final result of issues called in.
I have also had issues with the helpline support; almost from the start where I had joined on a first year fee rebate that was not resolved until this past week through the assistance of Jamie.
Having cheque deposit via ATM is difficult since you’ll need to own the ATM itself. And having no annual fee on the World Elite is difficult as well because it comes with premium travel insurance and elevated cashback rates. Finally, high cashback rates like that aren’t really realistic unless there are strict caps as there aren’t enough interchange fees to cover the cost of those rewards.
I see an up-vote button but no down-vote button, that seems unfair.
This “dream-list” appears to be one of the fastest ways to bankrupt a bank-like financial institution such as Neo.
I wish they would combine assets into one single balance when getting “boosts”. If I have savings in a savings account, it should be my asset to get some boosts, rather than keeping them in a chequing account.

Neo should add scan and deposit feature into the mobile app. This feature is included in the RBC & Scotia Bank mobile app. The only difference between them is Scotia Bank will hold a scanned deposit for five business days were as RBC doesn’t. Give enhanced rewards to clients who are 100% cashless.
