Missing 60k Asia Miles Welcome Bonus – Support Case Stalled

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice on how to escalate a missing welcome bonus. I signed up for the Neo Cathay Pacific Mastercard card with the 60k Asia Miles offer. I’ve met the spend requirements and reached out to Neo support multiple times. Every time, they tell me they are ‘looking into it’ and ‘points will be credited,’ but nothing has happened for more than 6 months.

Has anyone successfully escalated this beyond the standard chat support? Who is the best person or department to contact to actually get this resolved?"
