Hi @Sweetmarie72, thanks for posting about this. Iām so sorry to hear about that debit, could you let me know if you have recently applied for a Secured Credit account? If so, after you linked your external account, did you choose a credit limit of $500 when it was asking you how much you would like to deposit into the security fund?

Thank you for clarifying. We wouldnāt be able to cancel the transfer from our end sadly. Transfers from external Financial Institutions take 3-5 business days to process. But you may be able to contact them and have them put a stop to the transfer. Otherwise youāll want to go ahead and wait for the transfer to be completed, and then we could look at cancelling the actual application which would send the funds back to where you requested them from.
Contact who? I donāt want it to happen again
The institution you requested the funds from, they may be able to stop the transfer if itās not completed already. It wouldnāt happen again unless you went into the application again and chose to make another deposit from your linked account.
Iām not going to make another deposit. I would like to cancel the whole thing if thatās possible.

I understand, the only way you may be able to cancel the deposit without having to wait for the transfer to be completed and then cancel the whole application, would be to try to get in touch with the institution you requested the funds from and see if they can cancel or stop the transfer from happening.
If they are unable to, please wait the 3-5 business days for the transfer to be completed and then get in touch with our support team who can help have the application cancelled.
