Howdy! I’m Paul, and I’ve been a Neo customer for 4 or 5 years now. Originally I joined as a part of The Bay’s loyalty program (and credit card), but was attracted to the digital-first design of how consumers can interact with Neo’s products and services (makes the big banks feel like they belong in a museum). And, the higher-interest rates on savings accounts are a big draw. If the prime rate is 5%, why am I lending money to a big bank through my savings account and getting 0.25% in return?
Look forward to seeing what’s next for Neo, and helping shape some of the product conversations from a user’s perspective. Happy weekend, y’all.

I’m Faraz, and I’m glad to be here. I’ve been a Neo user for two years now. I made the switch when I realized I needed something more modern than the traditional banks for my day-to-day spending.
Fun fact: I love taking risks and starting from zero on new challenges. I’m excited to dive in and share some ideas to help take Neo to the next level!

I’m Javier, I’ve been a Neo user since last year. I saw it before but was a bit doubtful of it. I wanted an account with good benefits I could share with my girlfriend. After using it for a year I can say im very satisfied with the benefits and the app experience. Now whenever I can, I let friends and family know of Neo so they can also convert to it.
A fun fact of me is that I love to find me a good wings Wednesday deal haha.

Hey Grant, I have set up a credit card that we both use, and we are still talking about maybe doing a joint savings account in the future.
For wings there are different good recommendations, but one I really like is in Mug Shotz. Open to hear your top recommendations too haha
