1. Introduce yourself! Where are you from, and what do you like to do in your spare time?
My name is Taylor! I am a father of three beautiful children: Aurora (5), Maverick (2), and Titan (10). During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful kids and my amazing wife, Kaitlin.
We enjoy going on walks, taking drives, and sometimes just hanging out watching movies with the kids. When I’m not spending time with my family, I also enjoy working on cars and hanging out with friends.
2. Tell us about your experience with Neo! What made you choose us? (e.g., cashback, services, cards) 
What made me choose Neo was the super clear and straightforward user interface. The app and website are very easy to navigate. I originally started with Neo as a secured MasterCard customer.
Anytime I had an issue, support was super easy to obtain. This made me rethink my banking needs, and I have since switched everything to Neo: my bank account, savings, and credit card!
I am a digital-dependent person, and Neo offers absolutely everything I need in my day-to-day banking. And the best part? IT’S FREE!
3. What’s your favorite cashback category? 
Dining! Who doesn’t love earning cashback on things we’d buy daily regardless, like groceries.
4. Tell us the name of your favorite partner and why you love them! 
It’s super hard for me to pick a favorite partner, as Neo has so many cashback partners. If I had to narrow it down to just one, it would have to be Carter’s/Oshkosh—6% cashback!!
