I’ve tried restting my account multiple times but there is mail in my inbox

Hi Alex could you please tell me what to do because I’m having the exact same issue. I just sign up for Neo hoping to apply for a prepaid credit card but I have not received the reset password email. I checked on all folders and there is none from Neo Financial. Thank you for your help!
