I have a job which does not allow me to stay on hold during Mountain Time for 30+ minutes to get assistance.
My spouse wants me to join to access a shared account. I have attempted to open the account using the sent link multiple times over the past week. None of the emails that Neo says are sent to my email have come through (not spam folder, promotions, nothing). I’m using Gmail with no unusual settings so it’s pretty odd. When I click help, then contact us, it reductively sends me to a chat feature I need to login for.
Is there any way for me to use this app? Do they have any other way to contact them? I’m in no rush so fax or postal mail is totally fine as an alternative to this horrid phone service.
Honestly, this is a good place to get help asynchronously. Did you sign up to Discourse with the same email you’re trying to use to set up your Neo account?
