I made a Neo account a few weeks ago and haven’t done anything on the account, no deposits no card requests, nothing. A few days later I log in and my account says it’s temporarily frozen. I call them and they said my account is permanently closed because I violated the terms but they will not give me a reason so I’m confused? The girl on the phone told me to just go to the corporate office in Calgary cause she can’t help me, like I don’t even live in Calgary…I’m pretty disappointed by this.
