I have been having this issue for many months now and have called in several times now and no one had been able to assist me witb it yet. When i try to log into my account an error message pops up saying my account is frozen and has been disabled and i need to contact support but i cant contact support unless i login which i think is kind of bizarre in this certain case and the number ive called
