I have been having this issue for almost 3 years now and have called in several times now and no one had been able to assist me with it yet. When i try to log into my account an error message pops up saying my account is frozen and has been disabled and i need to contact support and the people ive called and spoken to keep putting me on hold
I dont think this is fair, I have quite a huge sum of money in the account. Any help please??
