Hi there! I received an email from neo that they won’t be able to provide financial services. My account was frozen. So I couldn’t get the money back from my account. I tried contacting customer service, last week they said I should receive money on friday or monday but still I am waiting. I called again today and customer service says, They won’t be able to authenticate my account so can’t do anything about my money. They are asking questions that needs to be accurate answered. How do I know that what was the day and time I used my app last? I do I give an answer from the statement if I don’t have access for one. Please advise me and help me with it. I even sent an email too , no reply yet. You guys decided to close to account, thats okay, at least state the accurate reason for it and at least return my money.
