I know this question was asked already but I see it’s mostly with social assistance answers. I get paid weekly and up until last week I was paid every Thursday at 10:50 like clockwork ( earlier than all my coworkers it’s sweet even the boss I think it’s sweet ) it has been great for being on the bills and saving etc. I changed my direct deposit as my app was telling me to and I was getting towards the deadline , is there a new direct deposit time ? I’ve been super used to the Tuesday pays for over years now it’s just throwing me off guard not seeing the “you have been paid” yet !

it’s actually Thursday (today) it’s not government assistance it’s my paycheck from work , it was on time as recently as last Thursday but today which is Thursday it’s still not in !

We’re aware that some customers are experiencing changes in the timing of their direct deposits after updating their deposit information. This is a known issue, and our Product team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your understanding and will share updates as soon as we have them.
I would contact your banking institution that you used to use first and ask if they could tell you, if that doesn’t get you the answer you need, and you are on assistance, contact your case worker who oversees the paperwork of you monthly payments to see if they can tell you. Lastly if it is from an employer, ask your payroll department person, or HR.
Quick update on payment timing: the government payment change doesn’t affect regular paycheques, but there’s been a small shift, Friday payments are now processed on Thursday afternoon, and weekend payments are processed on Friday afternoon. This helps reduce delays and get payments closer to the scheduled date.

Excellent! Had a few updates from the product team on this today: apparently there are five things we can try to speed payments further. The dev and partnership teams are working through them now. Hopefully we can make things even faster!
