Still no update and it’s with a registered partner so I am surprised this is needing an investigation and the issue is being deflected. Any similar experiences or ongoing struggles with this?

It might be the case that they aren’t a partner any longer, even if they are still listed. This has happened to before. It seems they can opt out anytime, which definitely makes it frustrating for anyone wanting to choose that partner because of the potential reward.
Is that for Ballyhoo? Might be a fingerprinting issue.
I’ve found that sometimes that some grocery stores in the area don’t show as groceries but as specialty stores. It’s quite frustrating and I can’t even imagine needing to deal with this with a registered partner too. Super odd usually its extra smooth when it comes to those for me.
Which stores?
We have to work with the MCC codes that Mastercard sends us. The most common gaps on the grocery side are Walmart (half the time it is coded as Grocery, half the time it is coded as Wholesale) and Costco (never coded as Grocery, always coded as Wholesale). You can often get around that by ordering through Instacard or something.
