Hi All,
Recently I’ve noticed over the past few months rewards failing to apply randomly to purchases.
There is no pattern I’ve noticed but when I’ve tried to contact support in the past I’ve just been told “this place isn’t part of our partner program”. Okay that’s fine but the rewards worked at the same place a week ago, stopped working, then started working again?
Is there a way to have this investigated instead of having to open a support request each time, provide individual screenshots, argue with the reps for my dollar or whatever it was I am missing.
Can someone with experience help?
