Is there a way within the app to upgrade from the Mastercard to the World Mastercard? I’m trying to upgrade but I don’t see an option to do so even after checking everywhere within the app.

There’s a button if you’re on the unsecured Neo Mastercard. Are you sure you’re on that? No other product can upgrade, AFAIK.
Also,upgrading to the Neo World Mastercard is available once certain eligibility criteria are met. If you’re not seeing the option in your app yet, it likely means the requirements haven’t been met but you can always check back as your account updates.
I have both, I had the option to apply in app and was a very similar process for both. I didn’t always have the option to apply for the World MasterCard available to me though.
Word MC min income: $50,000 seems to be the only requirement when comparing to Neo MC
Can you also confirm it’s based on household income too? I think I saw on the neo website it says “or $80K household income”
It’s an either-or. I believe it is $80k personal income or $150k household income for the World Elite and $50k personal and $80k household for the World. Does that help?
