Hello!
I have been unable to use my NEO Money card or Credit Card to make online ticket purchases on the OLG website. I enter the card details (check them twice 
) and the website throws an error indicating “something went wrong”. I have chatted with OLG and they don’t seem to have an answer for me.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, did you happen to find a workaround?

Hey! Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting about this issue! The reason you’re running into trouble with purchasing tickets on OLG is that unfortunately Neo cards don’t currently support certain lottery and gambling related transactions. I know this can be a bit frustrating, and it’s something we have in place to align with our internal guidelines. I appreciate you bringing it up and let me know if there’s any other questions you have.
