I recently got neo credit card, I have been using national bank as my primary account for sometime now, I want to setup PAD for my Neo credit card from my national bank acct, how can I do that?

Hi @Neerajmadaad, great question! It sounds like you’re talking about enabling auto-pay from your National Bank account. Currently, we do not have the option to enable auto-payments from an external account at this time. This is something our team may look towards adding in the future though, so keep an eye out!
For now the best and only option for enabling auto-payments for a statement balance would be to use the Neo Everyday Account. You would be able to fund your Everyday Account by either linking an external account (3-5 business days to process), or by using Interac e-Transfer (normally completed in 30 minutes). Once you have funds deposited, you can set up auto-pay from the Everyday Account.
Using the Neo Everyday Account you can also ensure you have the funds required for the payment by “Auto-Save”. Auto-Save lets you automatically transfer a set amount of money from a chosen funding account (such as another Neo account or an external linked bank account) into your Everyday Account on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
