Has anyone else had to deal with snarky and rude customer care people?
- My son closed his account, not really comprehending that once its closed u dont get a second chance. Neo only give you one chance with them.
When i asked the agent why that is, and he had other options , he stated " u were informed about it. Its not our fault. Instead of just calmly explaining it to me. He kind of made me feel stupid.
Is that the culture of Neo. Ive been suggesting it to all my friends. But im not so sure im thats a good idea anymore .
