Rewards aka cashback issues

Hi there!

I’ve been trying to get ahold of a specialist who would be able to help me with rewards that stopped working.
I’ve called a few times and talk to agents, they even left a few requests, but nobody is reaching out to me and my perks are expiring very soon.

I’m frustrated with the situation and can’t understand why would it even happen.

Had to use my debit instead of secured credit, to get at least some cashback.

There was a weird glitch for the Public Mobile 1st purchase that was 50% cash back ( up to max 30$ or 20 )

I switched to a PM plan to take advantage of the public mobile partnership. Plan is 35 purchase amount was 39.55 ) The 50% was applied to the perks for the first payment for - bit less than 20$ then disappeared a couple of days later when the charge posted to the account.

I’m not upset by this. It may be because the welcome offer was not offered anymore and you corrected the mistake. Or it was just a glitch.

It only happened with this particular partner.
