I have been to a number of places that have Neo stickers on their doors or payment terminals that offer no rewards.
Scenario 1: a place would have a Neo sticker but is not part of the rewards network, is not listed in the app, and provides no rewards. There has to be a way to report these places and make them stop false advertising.
Scenario 2: a place would have a Neo sticker, is listed in the app and is supposed to provide rewards but does not in fact provide rewards. I am not sure why this scenario would happen, but it’s not cool.
