Receiving Credit Statements, but never had a card

Hi Support Staff,

I have been trying to find a contact number or email information to contact Neo Financial. I couldn’t find any. Maybe someone knows? Then, I found Neo Community.

The reason for asking is: I have been receiving Credit Statements for a while now. I never had a card, ever. I do not remember trying to get one either. I do not want to receive any Statements anymore. I just do not know how and where to contact Customer Support.

The customer support email and phone number is in the bottom left corner of each page of your credit card statement

Also how are you getting this statement? I have to open my Neo app, click on my Mastercard and then click on statements.

I receive statements via email. I never received any paper statements. There is an option to View Statements in the email. However, it is asking me Log In which I do not/never have any access. There is no option to Unsubscribe either.

I do not know how I am getting these statements. It comes to $0.00 always. But, I just need them to stop sending me statements. I just do not know how to contact them.

Did you ever have a card with Hudson’s Bay? Is it possible that’s the card you’re getting statements for?
