I had a question regarding Section 2, Part D of the Terms and Conditions, specifically around the suspension or termination of access to the Neo Platform.
The terms & conditions mention that access may be suspended if a user hasnβt accessed their account for over 12 months, If someone knows in advance that they will be unable to access their Neo Account for an extended period (e.g., due to travel or work), are there any recommended steps they can take to avoid suspension?
Also, if your account is suspended for inactivity, is there a process to reactivate it later?
Appreciate any guidance on how to handle this proactively. Thanks!
