Question About The Terms & Conditions β€” Section 2, Part D

Hi Neo team and community,

I had a question regarding Section 2, Part D of the Terms and Conditions, specifically around the suspension or termination of access to the Neo Platform.

The terms & conditions mention that access may be suspended if a user hasn’t accessed their account for over 12 months, If someone knows in advance that they will be unable to access their Neo Account for an extended period (e.g., due to travel or work), are there any recommended steps they can take to avoid suspension?

Also, if your account is suspended for inactivity, is there a process to reactivate it later?

Appreciate any guidance on how to handle this proactively. Thanks!

You should be able to access your account even abroad there is no reason not to be able to login if you have internet.

It’s not only Neo , it looks like the 12 months period of inactivity is an industry standard. I’m certain a community manager would be able to clarify but I’m sure you would get some kind of reminder before of suspension

Just login to your account from time to time
