That’s pretty cool actually. I hadn’t seen this before! I know our team is also focusing on helping users stay safe and we’ve been sharing tips in the monthly newsletter “The insighter” and I even shared a post here in the community about spotting scams and what to do if someone pretends to be from Neo. It’s all about making sure people know how to protect themselves.
I do really like what Monzo has done here though. It makes it so easy for users to have peace of mind. Sharing this with the team for sure
