If you’re expecting a deposit this morning, especially if it’s a payroll or government payment, you might notice a delay in seeing those funds hit your account. We know how important it is to have access to your money on time, and our team is actively working on a resolution to get everything back on track as quickly as possible.

What about everyone who is expecting an EFT later this afternoon or this evening? Does this just impact the expected EFT‘s this morning?

Since the disruption started this morning, it might roll over into the deposits expected later today or this evening while the team works through the backlog. We’re doing everything we can to get this fixed so that whether your money was supposed to land this morning or later tonight, it gets into your account as fast as possible.
It was resolved, EFT’s only took 1.5 hours longer than expected. Thanks Yeo!
Hello, I was supposed to get my direct deposit April 15th around 6pm. I have not received it but everything went through on the payroll end. Is there any update to when this situation will be resolved and I’ll get my direct deposit pay? Thank you very much for any information !

I’m really sorry about the wait, I know it’s incredibly stressful when your paycheck is late. We are still seeing a delay specifically with EFTs (which includes direct deposits), and our team is working to get it sorted as quickly as possible. Since April 15th was a heavy day for government and payroll deposits, it’s created a bit of a backlog. We don’t have an exact time for the fix yet, but we’re on it and will update the community the second we have news.
