My app says to update my direct deposit info by April 30th, it’s only the 16th and I get paid every other Thursday but like clock work I’ve always received it the day prior at 10:50am… it’s the actual pay day at 11:22am and I haven’t received it yet.

Hi Pam! There was a EFT backlog yesterday that caused delays. I had a EFT arrive 1.5 hours later than usual. I imagine yours will be the same. The awesome Neo Support Team in App Chat were great in keeping me updated, they could help you out as well.

Hi! Mines over “25 hours late” my pay stub says April 16th but usually get it the day prior. Just has me a little on edge, hopefully it gets put in today.

Ever since I changed my direct deposit information I’ve been getting deposits later in the day! It used to be between 12-1pm now it’s between 11:00-11:30pm!
