No T5 for HISA, and the support line has nothing to do with that

Hey NEO team,

I’m desperate because I’ve been trying to get my T5 for 2024 for my HISA, but it’s not available in my app.

I’ve called support multiple times and chatted in the app, but the support team couldn’t help. Instead, they gave me strange suggestions, like uploading a statement (reminder: I just need my T5!). What? Seriously? Then, even more unhelpful advice—to call the CRA… and that was it.

I just want to receive my T5 form from NEO to report my taxes. I shouldn’t have to go anywhere else for it because NEO is required to provide this form by the end of February 2025, yet it still hasn’t happened.

Hi @Alex - Bug has been fixed and you should have access to your 2024 T5 slips in the Neo app! Reach out if you need anything else!
