What’s happening with Neo Invest? I’m a new customer and was looking forward to getting started with Neo Invest. First it said it couldn’t sign me and i would be notified and now there is no Neo Invest button on the app. Is it no longer an option? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the note! Neo Invest is great, I keep all my TFSA there. Unfortunately, a recent update impacted the application flow. We didn’t want to take any risks, so we put new applications on hold while we confirm the application flow is secure and working perfectly. I’m not exactly sure when that will open up again, unfortunately. It’ll be a couple of weeks at the least.
