This is honestly so exciting to see! Things like Neo Advance reporting to the credit bureaus are a real win for so many people, building up their credit history is the one thing standing between them and better rates or higher limits. Really proud to see Neo moving in this direction.
Thanks for sharing the good news! I am looking for a bank that has more comprehensive features! As my current bank account is tied to my husbands BMO they offer free accounts for families. I am looking to have my own at another bank. I’m really excited about the new features. I hope there is an option that gives unlimited transfers otherwise that would be a deal breaker.

Quick context, I have the Neo World Elite MC and I really like it so far. My main banking is still spread between Tangerine, BMO, Wealthsimple, Scotia and RBC, so I haven’t been able to fully use my Neo Chequing/Savings accounts yet, but that’s exactly what I want to do.
The focus on faster credit progression is perfect. Higher limits + more frequent increases + seamless secured graduation is exactly what most of us want from Neo. And finally seeing cheque deposits, Neo Advance up to $500 at 0% that reports to both bureaus, and rent recognition on the roadmap, those are the features that will let me, eventually, consolidate everything to Neo.
Super excited for what’s coming this fall/winter. This is the push I needed to move more over to Neo eventually Keep it up!

Woah, you split your banking between six companies? How does that work? Aren’t you constantly moving it around?
Currently the only way to get Grow for free is to be part of the Neo Insiders. We are trying to figure out if there are good waiver opportunities to make Grow accessible to our most engaged customers. You mentioned high payroll amounts which is one avenue we’re considering.
Or high minimum balances like with the big banks, you can get their top tier chequing account package monthly fee either completely waived or reduced significantly with a high minimum balance.
I mainly use different banks for separate savings goals, bills, spending, and payroll. I’m actually trying to simplify and get rid of a few. Eventually, Neo could be a great place to consolidate most of it.
That is our goal! What would we have to launch to support all your banking?
For me, it would be having everything in one place: chequing, multiple savings goals, bill payments, payroll deposits, and stronger credit products. As you’re already on that path, I’d love to see credit tools that help members build or rebuild their credit while also growing their retirement savings/investments. The changes Neo has made over the past few years already make me feel much more confident in the bank. If you keep expanding in that direction, I’d seriously consider moving most of my banking over. 
Excellent, because that’s what are trying to build! There are still some important banking features that haven’t been built yet, but you should be able to go 100% fairly soon, and we’re hoping to make the system more rewarding for people who are more integrated.

With the World Elite card, you already get Build for free, saving $9.99/month. Have you considered offering World Elite cardholders Grow at a reduced price, such as $4.99/month? It could be a nice exclusive benefit for World Elite customers, and I’d definitely consider adding Grow at that price.

We have been talking about discounting! Currently, we’d have to build quite a bit of tech to handle it, we can’t set it up that way right now.
