Neo is great but there are cases when one might need to withdraw cash. Neo has a map inside the app that allows users to search for partners that offer rewards, but it is not possible to use this map to find ATMs, and it is not possible to use partners to withdraw cash.
• Adding ATMs to the map would allow users to search for them inside the Neo map instead of using Google Maps or Apple Maps or search for them elsewhere.
• All Neo rewards partners on the map are physical locations and most carry cash, but it is impossible to know if any of them offer cash back (as in giving physical cash when you purchase something) as an alternative to using an ATM to withdraw money. It would be helpful to use the Neo partner network as an ATM network.
