My loyalty to Neo has definitely increased after seeing that you guys are listening to the feedback from the community.
In terms of card feedback, I am grateful for the speed and convenience of the cashback rewards wallet!
I have had cashback credit cards from other institutions and they have lots of friction when it comes to redeeming cash back credits such as: waiting for the statement period to end before calculating cash back credits, making you call in to redeem credits, or only letting you redeem once a year on a specific month.
I love how the Neo rewards wallet is practically instant.
I just finished moving everything over to make this WE Neo Cashback Mastercard my primary card; I am still not going to hold $5k in my Everyday cash account though for a boost though, but i might if there were fractional boosts for a smaller cap like $500 or $1000 though!
