I updated my Transit number and my Institution number after reading the email that was sent out. I was supposed to get paid today and didn’t get my money. I would appreciate some help on the matter.

Hi @Noah_Carranza , thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community! We’ve recently transitioned to a new payments partner to help us handle transfers more efficiently. With this new system, deposits are released as soon as we receive them. However, we’ve noticed that processing times may vary slightly compared to before, as our new partner follows Payments Canada’s timing standards more closely.
In short, your funds are still being deposited safely and on schedule, you may just see a small difference in when they appear in your account compared to the past. Reaching out to you via messages to look into this for you as well, talk soon!
