I can see it in my app, if you click the settings button top right, and scroll down, you should see the option “add an additional card”.

Hi @Qing_Li yes, you absolutely can!
Additional cards are available for all Neo credit products, including the Neo Mastercard, Neo World Mastercard, and Neo World Elite Mastercard.

Here’s how to add an additional card:

Neo App

  1. Log in to the Neo app

  2. Go to the Accounts tab and select your credit card

  3. Tap the gear icon (top right)

  4. Select Add an additional card

Web

  1. Log in at member.neofinancial.com

  2. Click Credit from the left-side menu

  3. Select the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner

  4. Click Add additional card
