This is perfect, thanks for sharing! None are shown here, but baking them into the exchange rate is how a lot of institutions, Neo included, handle credit card FX fees. If this was today, the international rate would be this:
I don’t know when that screenshot was taken exactly but in the very best case, it looks like they are charging at least 1.7% on top of the mid-market exchange rate. The worst case for send to card, looks like 2.5%.
For smallish amounts, that seems reasonable but I would not want to send a big chunk this way.
Also, the cash pickup option appears to be much worst at 14-15%.
Cash pick tends to be a credit risk problem. People who suddenly withdraw all their money into cash have a tendency to not pay it back, so the fees get crazy.
